Order Processing

Risk and Responsibility

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you only once the goods have been delivered to you or to a person designated by you.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel or its contents are damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you:

-Take photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

-Keep the original packaging.

-Contact Gemipulls.com as soon as possible.

We will assist you in finding a solution in accordance with applicable Danish consumer law.

Incorrect Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If an order is returned to Gemipulls.com due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an additional shipping fee may be charged to resend the order.

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected within the shipping carrier's collection period and is returned to Gemipulls.com, we may charge the actual costs of the return shipment and any subsequent reshipment, to the extent permitted by Danish law.

International Shipping

Gemipulls.com offers shipping to the countries available during checkout.

For deliveries outside the European Union (EU), the customer may be responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by local authorities.
