These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through Gemipulls.com.
2. Orders
When you place an order on Gemipulls.com, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The purchase agreement becomes binding only once your order has been accepted and confirmed by Gemipulls.com.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical errors, out-of-stock items, or suspected fraud.
3. Prices
All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed separately during checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Payment will only be charged when your order has been dispatched, unless otherwise required by the selected payment method or applicable law.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the countries and addresses available during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you only once the goods have been delivered to you or to a person designated by you.
6. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
You must notify Gemipulls.com that you wish to cancel your purchase before the withdrawal period expires.
After notifying us, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice of withdrawal.
You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

7. Warranty Claims (Right to Complain)
When purchasing as a consumer, you are entitled to a 2-year statutory warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
The warranty covers defects and faults that are not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
If your claim is valid, Gemipulls.com will, after assessing the individual case, repair the product, replace it, provide an appropriate price reduction, or refund the purchase price.
8. Pokémon Trading Card Game Products
Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products are sold as collectible items.
Gemipulls.com cannot guarantee the contents of booster packs, booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, or any other sealed products. The contents are random and determined solely by the manufacturer.
We do not guarantee the inclusion of any specific cards, rarities, or market values.
9. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
Minor differences between product images and the delivered product may occur, for example due to new print runs, packaging updates, or changes made by the manufacturer.
10. Limitation of Liability
Gemipulls.com shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of business, loss of profits, or consequential damages, except where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory Danish law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
